Kristine’s Mom Speaks Out!
Interview With Deborah Jarvis
Part 1
HD Archives now goes directly to the heart of the matter, the victim’s family members. This is the first part of a four part series with an exclusive interview with Kristine Mihelich’s mom, Deborah Jarvis. She speaks out without holding back on anything. Listen to her talk over the frustrations with the OCCK investigation. She sets the record straight on her opinions of the OCCK investigation for the last 36 years. She tells the real objective behind the lawsuit she made against Oakland County with attorney Paul Hughes. Her personal contact and search over various lawyers and her secret informative ‘Bob’. Much of the speculation of the lawsuit in the news goes around the gossip of being some type of scam for money, which was never the real objective. She wants the case handed over to the Department of Justice and for good reason and she wants the public to know that was her motive to the lawsuit. Debbie goes into details about the many contradictions over the history of the case for the last 36 years and the snowball affects of dis-information surrounding the case and handled and passed around by the many different police departments involved. She covers the conflict of sperm found on the boys, the various locations reported where police recovered Jill’s bike, and questioning the significance of the blue Gremlin. She goes into details about the night Kristine became missing. TO BE CONTINUED

TASK FORCE FORMED WHEN TWO MORE CHILDREN VANISH
Jan. 2: Kristine Mihelich, 10, of Berkley, had gone to a 7-Eleven store on 12 Mile near Greenfield in Berkley to buy a teen magazine. A mailman found her body 19 days later in a snow-covered ditch along Bruce Lane, a dead-end street near 13 Mile and Telegraph in Franklin. She had been smothered. *Kristine’s Mom Speaks Out!
Interview With Deborah Jarvis
Part 2
HD Archives goes directly to the heart of the matter with the victim’s family members. This is the second part of a four part series with an exclusive interview with Kristine Mihelich’s mom, Deborah Jarvis. She sets the record straight on her opinions of the OCCK investigation for the last 36 years. In this video she covers the fact that police never questioned her family back in the day which has always struck her as very odd. She was asked if there was any truth to the victim’s families being isolated from each other as taken right from a quote from Robertson Senior in an earlier video (OCCK HD ARCHIVES Pt9). Robertson Senior being ahead of the OCCK task force back in it’s day felt the families are best to be isolated from each other. Deborah admits that they did a real good job keeping the families isolated. She never met the Kings until meeting Mr. King recently in the last few years. She did get together with Ruth Stebbins and Karol Robinson in 1977 briefly at a meeting with Tobias. She did further get together with Mrs. Stebbins in the 80s to talk. Deborah talks in detail about Kristine and how she was such a likable child. She shared some photos of Kristine to us (Helen’s video crew) and this is the first time they are being shown to the public by kind permission from Deborah. The fact is that Kristine had her hair styled like Charlie’s Angels actress Kate Jackson (The shorter hair of the three) just weeks before she disappeared. So her hair was actually much shorter at the time of her abduction then her famous school picture that was shown in the newspapers. Another major mistake of the task force back in it’s day. Had these pictures shown in this video for the first time, had been shown to the public in 1977, it might have clicked with someone’s memory that saw Kristine from the Seven-Eleven-Store/Bowling Alley? Note-Her hair had much different appearance than what was known possibly throwing any potential witnesses off from ever making the connection. Deborah does a word-for-word reenactment dramatization of her discussion with Kristine begging to go to the store to pick up a teen magazine along with specific guidelines. That was their last words together. TO BE CONTINUED

HD Archives goes directly to the heart of the matter with the victim’s family members. This is the third part of a four part series with an exclusive interview with Kristine Mihelich’s mom, Deborah Jarvis. She speaks right from the heart with her personal and up close discussions. She sets the record straight on her opinions of the OCCK investigation for the last 36 years. In this video she expresses her further frustration with the investigation. She has tried to contact Michigan State Police Detective Denise Powell and never gets a response of any type. Debbie was asked who reports status to who on this case wondering if she may have an idea. She assumes there is a task force doing something but just what it is, is the question. Debbie was further asked of the 36-year history of this case being over 3 1/2 decades old now, how many times did someone from the investigation ever contact her with any type of status? Her answer was less than 5 and could only name three times. They were 1st dealing with Norberg being exhumed in Wyoming, another with Detective Gray with some type of interview (She never returned to this to explain) and thirdly the special announcement of Jessica Cooper presenting a new suspect being Arch Sloan. This was a one-day in advance notice over the phone on her answering machine from Detective Miller before it made the news. She heard rumors that the hair found related to Sloan was originally from Mark and someway and somehow ‘resurfaced’ in recent times. A further rumor was mentioned to Debbie that the hair related to Sloan’s Pontiac is in fact old information from a police report from the late 90s and was nothing really new at all. Debbie expressed that she felt the case has no hope of ever getting solved unless the FBI took over. She expressed an independent source outside of both Wayne or Oakland County is needed. Her basic theme that she started her discussion in this interview was repeated where the Department of Justice would have to take over and it would be passed onto the FBI eventually which is a subdivision of the Department of Justice. Debbie was asked about her possible babysitter connections to possible suspects. Especially the possible link if Gunnels may had been a boy friend to one of Kristine’s baby sitters. She felt that there is probably no link to Gunnels in this way but stated her baby sitters were never looked into at the time much like everything else that was ignored in this case. She did ask a question to us over the possibility if John (Helen’s John) may have had any pedophile tendencies? Debbie admitted that she never bought into the pedophile angle completely, which some believe completely surrounds the case, and shared her thoughts on this. TO BE CONTINUED
****Part 4
HD Archives goes directly to the heart of the matter with the victim’s family members. This is the fourth part of a four part series with an exclusive interview with Kristine Mihelich’s mom, Deborah Jarvis. She speaks right from the heart with her personal and up close discussions. In this final conclusion to Debbie’s interview, she admits that she has no idea after all these years what really happen to Kristine on that dreadful day. She has no idea if Kristine ever made it to the Seven-Eleven store. She has been told so many different variations of things that nothing stands out more than anything else. She was even told that Kristine was seen talking to a cop at the bowling alley the daay, it’s difficult for witnesses to ever make a connection to begin with. Debbie continues to ask the question why no one will talk to her? What information has the investigation really received? She concludes that with the Bob thing being as off the wall crazy as it may seem, that it was one of those things where you really had to been there. This video concludes with highlights of Bob’s phone conversation with OCCK authorities. Helen Dagner does not share the same views or support any of the claims that Bob has made. All communication with Bob has suddenly ended leaving Deborah holding the bag and he remains anonymous in silence today. So much for someone having all the answers to these crimes.
