STOP BLAMING THE Oakland County prosecutor~

As far as I can see Prosecutor Cooper is the one person who is NOT swaying with every shift of the wind. Especially when the said windbags involved are an attorney who is an embarrassment to his profession (for filing a frivolous lawsuit, for playing on the grief of family members, for claiming the police and everyone else is is in collusion to deny justice, for accusing Pros. Cooper of misconduct without having proof , for demanding that the police violate centuries of universally accepted investigative protocol and release details of an ongoing investigation, for his shameful self aggrandizing media antics like suing for $100,000,000 and for trying to get $1500 for a copy of his report. Then there this mysterious Bob who figures so prominently in Shyster Hughes' campaign of character assassination targeting Pros Cooper. First off, claiming a previous media wound and an upcoming election is the motive for her to conspire to cover up, is absolutely idiotic! Think about it, if she solved these cases it would wipe away past mistakes and she would be a legal folk hero absolutely assured of reelection. Hell she could even retire and write a book. So, all of this leaves me wondering where all of this "evidence that's developed" you and Bob keep saying you have, is. Seems to me, you and Bob have a moral obligation to inform the public exactly who are these "suspects still walking around", so they don't molest and sacrifice any more children. So here you are asking to help you force the cops to turn their information over to you, but you won't turn your information over to us. Yeah, right. I'll tell you Hughes, when you get drummed out of the legal profession (disbarred), you can study to be a magician as you are already pretty good at the "now you see it, now you don't" part of it, with the way you say you are going public with the proof, then you're not, then it depends on what someone else does,....(.To Be Continued)

If you need to blame someone for the Occk cases not being solved~ How about we start with these two-( Det. Wurtz Oakland County Sheriffs Dept)~ (Det. George Hartley Ferndale Mi)....Was there a conspiracy?-NO-Was There A Cover -Up? NO ~But they both did something-That NO Professional Cop would ever have done~and this case could have been solved by them in 2004~ i HAVE GOTTEN A HEAD OF MY Story-i will get back to these guys after -I post the Info that should go a head of this-Sorry about that-

OK Here we go-My first contact with the Oakland County Sheriffs Det. Was with a Det. Harvey-you have heard me speak of him in posts years ago-I had his beeper number and had to call him often-to get me through this interviewing -I did with John-He was great!!! However I went thru the FIOA papers again and also the video-and although his name is not mention some other persons is-What I can not firgure out is why? Yet he is responding to and inquiery from Don Studt -where Studt ask him -If they were going to do follow up on John and the guy says No as the Info John had given me did not match the evident s -as they know of it--Now here in lies the problem-That is not my Info-I never said any of that stuff-The only one I had talked to was Det. Harvey at that time from the OCSD--So how did this happen-I have re-read and re-read that -and immediately I recognized-It, was info Dan had posted on the Internet -However that does not solve this Mystery-because Dan didn't start posting on the Internet until 2004-2005-and I sure never heard of him until then-This report was written in 1992-3-I even know how it was that I contacted Det. Harvey-I had just walked out of the Birmingham PD-and on my way out-I had told Don Studt-I thought he was incompetent,and I would be giving my Info to someone else-who could handle the Job-and he yelled after me-better have them call us-so they can see what we have- I caN REMEMBER SAYING TO HIM-THAT IS NOT GOING TO HAPPEN IN THIS LIFE TIME-AND i PEALED OUT OF THE PARKING LOT!! i HAVE TO SMILE ABOUT THAT NOW-BECAUSE WHAT IT WAS OVER WAS HIS NOT BEING ABLE TO TRACK THAT PASSPORT! -I will continue this-On the video-that I will post-at 2:11-you will see the OCSD report from the Birmingham Police FOIA papers-

Helen's first contact with Tom Robinson (Jill's dad) about John, her first contact with police over the OCCK details given from John, excerpt from Jill's favorite song Lucy in the Sky with Diamonds and confirmed by a cousin, conceptual view of Hunter Maple Complex from 1977 where Tim was abducted and it's distinct shape from John's map. the various police departments listed on John's maps, parts of John's interview with police from FOIA docs, the inconclusive search for John's passport records and the inquiry of the first interview with John from 1977 with no passport reference back then, the book Wolf in Sheep's Clothing by Tommy McIntyre lend to John from Helen, an excerpt from the book that includes an interview with the first eyewitness account to Tim's abduction and the description of the man talking to Tim standing near a blue Gremlin.

If you read the report-You will know-that I never said Mark had NO Boots on-nor did I say they were burnt on the bottom-the other stuff-I never said either-however the only thing that is important to me is the Boots and that is because we had another body-that the boots were on back words- Now I need to tell you why these deals get me so up set-It is because-all cops know that anything they put in a police report from and interview-can never be changed-by anyone-not even a judge--So you see how LE can really get back at a person-Now Don did this all thru his reports-but I didn't know it for 20 years-and I'm sure that he felt justified at the time--we did remain in contact thru the years-but I do not think-that would have been the case-If I had know en about those FOIA reports...So I guess what I'm saying here-Is the cases could have been solved in 1992-93 If any of the cops could have set there BIG Egos-a side-

I guess it was 2003 when we heard from -Det. Wurtz and Det Hartley as I took this out of Todds file--- UPDATE February 1st:

We've heard from many people even Jerry Tobias himself. As well as Det.
Wurtz at the Oakland County S.O. Note - I just remember that both of them called me on the same day-bother were very pleasant-and both said they had just read Todds site and wanted to know what I could tell them about John-I sent Wurtz some things-however when I learned he was not taking this seriously-I quit sending him Info-and when I stopped-I learned from others who had called him that he was always bad mouthing me-I found that hard to believe because he was very nice to me-but then I got proof-that yes in deed-he was saying some pretty bad things about me and my info--He sure made a mistake about that-when he did it to a witness -that knew better-so I let it go for a while-not knowing what his problem was-But one of his buddy-told me-that Wutz had said-no gal who had coffee with the Occk in Alpena was going to solve this case!!-then I called the Sheriff-and told him I was not mentally Ill-as Wutz was telling people who call the sheriffs dept about my Info-we had a lot of good laughs over it-and he said he would take care of it-and he did!! Another Big Ego...got in the way of solving this case-

Now Det. Hartely from Ferndale -Really great guy-but after he emails me from home and I provide him -with important contact info-he doesn't follow up on it-and sends me excuse -why he couldn't and didn't but he said HE WOULD-SEVERAL TIMES- To this day he has not contacted any of the people who had the info on the description of the Occk car-and this info was from three different people -who didn't even know each other- all of them had seen an incident that happen-out side of Biffs...and we all know who worked at Biffs...Well that has been 10 years-since we got that info-I realize Hartley probably retired some time ago-but wouldn't you think-that would be in someones file??? Guess Not- So could the cases of been solved in 2003-??
