I had a feeling he would have a fit about the Livonia thing, but too bad! I think he is spending too much time just taking other people's word for things where John is concerned. Xxxx

Subject: Body Dump Charts
I have completed the body dump charts for Tim and and now working on Marks. These charts still support John as the killer and goes as far to say Generation X. How many suspects that eliminate? These are handwritten right now, and I will transcribe them later if you want them.

Helen. I am certain that in my letter I missed all sorts of stuff but this could one of the bigger ones.Back in Detroit while I was still working at that strip joint I had a conversation with a customer about the party store business in general and he told me that he was familiar with a store in Oak Park named The Town and Country that was owned by the family that owned the Del Prado. In our conversation I was somehow under the impression that this store was located on 9 mile.I never really paid much attention to it.This year(2011)I looked it up on the internet and the store by that name was located on 12 mile in Southfield about 3 or 4 blocks west of Greenfield. This also happens to be about 6 or 8 blocks west of the 7-11 where Kristene was last seen alive. Once again I have no way of verifying any of this stuff.I am not certain that my Dr's family owned the Del Prado or if this store was owned by them or if this store was at the same location in 1977 or if the whole thing was ever owned by any kind of family but it will always be one of those tidbits stuck in my head. Xxxx

Hello Helen In many ways the OCCK itself seems like just another story. How could it be possible? In the letter that was sent to Mr.Binkley I sent a different one without any information that could reveal my Dr's identity.I also requested that he not share it with anyone who was not law enforcement including Mr King.I am certain Mr Binkley rubs shoulders with the private investigator I want to use.I need to rub shoulders with those who believe the OCCK is solvable. My Dr I am certain is well respected and I am certain he more respected than I.He will also be more believed than I.I know that I do not stand a chance against my Dr.One such hope is that if enough respected people tap into my record that somewhere a red flag too many may just cause something to budge.I understand too well that things can budge the wrong way.I sincerely do my best to be as methodical as I can. I have learned to admire architecture almost all of my life. One of the things that I admire the most about it is how these people built these things in such a way insuring these creations would outlive them. After they had been long gone their new owners would appreciate them as their builder had.I say this because I hope that you are planning that your work will outlive you. The OCCK is just another story isn't it? Xxxxx

Helen, Do you think Danto was John's roommate by any chance? Xxxxxx roommate? I'm confused. Even though Danto was in Vietnam for one year the Allen letter still does not make sense to me because if Danto is "Allen", it states his roommate is the one who is the killer. Does Danto look like the police sketch? Karl

Helen, I had a thought, if you take off the words planetary aspects and house aspects and let a detective whom u trust, or if u do trust them u can leave the words on and let them discern who the profiles relates too, as I was discussing them with a friend of mine, who said they are so specific they can only describe one person.
However, I will leave that up to you about the profiles Ray

If you look at this stuff without the benefit of knowing what we know about John, it could look compelling- I don't think Dave Binkley has any intention of completely backing off until he is satisfied on behalf of his client that like Lamborgine he doesn't know s--t. His reputation is solid and people I have spoken to about this do not believe he would ever file a vindictive lawsuit. In a way, he's just like us; he has his own theory and is doing whatever is humanly possible to get to the bottom of it. Although these types of civil suits look dicey, they are certainly not unprecedented, and the fact that the case has not been dismissed by the judge is a testament to this. Will it go anywhere? I seriously doubt it, but at least the guy tried. XXXX

From what I read I think so too, nice of you to run some of the King stuff, as I know you don't believe a word they are saying, but at least this will keep their information out there.

Right? Well, at least its out there....I'm surprised Cathy hasn't responded. Everyone wants this dna match to be huge and a case closer but it just isn't! If the cops had anything to hold them on than he wouldn't be out of jail. -----Original Message----- Lt.
