This aspect is the part that fuels people's belief that the killer is dead and was dead within a few months of the last murder. Here's the tough thing from a LE perspective and the fascinating thing from a documentary perspective. The SOB was no doubt interviewed by LE--the manhunt was so incredibly massive that the killer had to have been pulled into the net at some point--and probably relatively soon after Tim King's murder, maybe even BEFORE. For whatever reason, the guy floats away. Somebody who knows kills him, the guy had a lawyer who ran sufficient defense for him until such time as he killed himself or had "an accident," or the guy lays low due to the police presence and karma catches up with him. All speculation, I know, but whoever it was, he had to have been questioned by police. Maybe the questioning didn't go very far because of who the person was, belief that he didn't fit the profile, the guy had a good lawyer, had a good alibi, whatever. Bottom line, he walked.FORMER ANONYMOUS POSTING THREAD~NOW MEMBERS ONLY POST [ Goto page: 1 ... 108, 109, 110 ]
