*****I saw a 10 second blip on WDIV news late last night saying that "Kevin Dietz and the Defenders will have "Bonbshell" new information regarding evidence in the OCCK case and that an arrest is "close" (or words to that effect))Watch after the fireworks on Channel 4 11:00 pm news.".Note: words: Blood ligaratures? bullet fragments? in the background.

RE-POST-1977- From our site-It had been decided earlier In the Investigation that the very nature of the crime dictated that security for the killer be given top priority -It was determined that the only safe place to incarcerate the child killer was Second District Headquarters in Northville -after all,it was a State Police case,and District was well fortified. There was a heliport in back,high fences,lots of troops and even a kitchen and sleeping quarters-If the Occk could be protected from an outraged citizenry any where it was there...and the Task Force had a feeling they would need it soon....

Helen,
Late last night, I saw Kevin Dietz’s 15-20 second promo regarding tonight’s report. He ends it saying that prosecutors are close to an arrest and the primary suspect is still alive. There is a blip from Jessica Cooper on saying what’s been stated in the media is not true and there is another gentleman (don’t know who) who says that there is not one piece of evidence that points to Chris Busch as the killer.
