The reason I think Judge Potts made the right decision is because in the 3,600 pages of documents that went to Mr King, none of them showed any link or connection to Chris Busch as to the Oakland County Child Murders. Also, since he was cleared in 1978 by the very same documents, how could these same documents be of any use to the case or the King family? Judge Potts wisely saw that, since this was in regards to an open, on going Murder Investigation, there was a risk to the integrity of that investigation if too much, or the wrong, information were make public. That is indeed the overriding consideration and so, the correct call. It is understood that we all have great sympathy and sadness in our hearts for the loss of these beautiful children and the lingering pain of their families. Also we all want to see the dirtbag(s) responsible brought to justice. However, in our frustration, we must guard not to let our zeal for justice incite us to accept conclusions that we otherwise wouldn't, for example, Busch as the OCCK, when all the evidence says he's not.....
