Just a couple of things here-There is a Legal Document Filed at the Oakland County Michigan Court House~March 16,1977 Consent Order for Temorary Relief~Issued at 10 am~
Helen, I just finish looking the file over and you are correct. On March 16, 1977 there was a Consent Order for Temporary Relief ordered as part of the divorce proceedings. There were alot of things covered, including her getting custody of and support for Xxxx, the taxes, etc. One of the points is "It is further ordered that the parties hereto shall cooperate in every step necessary, including eviction proceedings if needed, to remove the adult child, John H. Xxxxxxxx, Jr (age 27 years) from the marital home as soon as possible." The order was signed by the judge and then entered into the record by the county clerk at 10:03 am on March 16, 1977.
(As a side note, I assume the middle "H" in Jr's name is a typo in the order. Aren't they both John M?)
Since it was the mother as the plaintiff in the divorce, I would take this as she's demanding John Sr's help in getting Jr out of the house. So, this proves where he was living, and you can assume he was home on that day. . I don't remember now what the cops said John was doing on that day,but does it really matter? You have the word of the person who was looking at the house on the very day,and she said John was home!Sgt. NOTE~ So I guess he was not overseas on the day that Tim was Abducted-I'm guessing that you used your best Tool-The Telephone to confirm this~

Next Item-No he was not given a polygraph on The Murders-He was only polygraph on Tims Murder-and it took two tries for him to pass the Relevant Question -If in fact he ever did pass it-There is some question on who determined-If he did pass this test-

As to your comment "How after careful review" Oh Please- You told another Investigator-That you were not going to get in a Pissing contest with Don Studt over this-as you needed to assume he did his best Job on this case, because that was the rule-do not question another officers investigation~ Well you messed up-because John has been Interviewed several times as well as polygraph through the years-

John-Supplemental incident report dated 12-21-09 -It seems that every time I read the documents provided in the FOIA there is more and more to look carefully at.
Supplemental incident report dated December 21, 2009:
12-18-09, D/Sgt. Gray: Left a voice mail for [John Hastings--this is redacted, but come on, this isn't brain surgery] at 1:15 p.m. Asked for the undersigned to call on Monday 12-21-09, at his convenience.
Call to Steve Duncan, Georgia Highway Patrol polygrapher who examined [John Hastings]. Has not heard back from [John] since his tx regarding reading the book given to him by Dagner, Wolf in Sheeps clothing.
[John] advised that he had recently changed jobs, however he's still working as a limo driver in the greater Atlanta, Georgia area. John [NOT REDACTED, thank you very much] was advised that it has been a long time since we've spoken and haven't spoken since [redacted for a few lines].[John] did qualify this statement by saying he read the book that was given to him by Helen Dagner, "Wolf in Sheeps Cothing," [redacted, redacted][John] stated "I don't know how it came to this point because I had nothing to do with this case at all." [John] mumbled throughout the conversations, but this seems to be his speaking style.[John] adamantly denied any involvement with the case and added it may have been from his numerous contacts with Helen Dagner and his fixation with this investigation.
Due to not wanting to upset [John] by questioning him further in an accusatory manner, AND AFTER REALIZING STEVE DUNCAN'S POLYGRAPH WITH HIM AND HIS WALKING OUT OF THE EXAM VERY UPSET [emphasis added], the undersigned decided not to attack him further but to soften the process."
