Helen, I know it’s a ploy and agree that perhaps more $$$ will be a good thing. I can’t wait for Tuesday to hear what this press conference is all about but I don’t want to get my expectations up too high. James

-Child Serial Killer Victims Go From Four To 15 Across U.S., Questions Raised in Prosecutor Jessica Cooper's Handling of Oakland County Child Killer Case A Press Conference is scheduled for April 24, 2012 to address new suspects, evidence, and developments that link at least 11 additional victims to the Oakland County Child Killer
DETROIT, April 17, 2012 /PRNewswire via COMTEX/ -- The most historic and unsolved serial killings in the United States include the Servant Girl Annihilator, Axe Man Murders, Zodiac Killer, I-45 Killer(s), and The Oakland County Child Killer.
A Press Conference is scheduled for 11 a.m. Tuesday, April 24, 2012 at the Detroit Renaissance Center, Courtyard by Marriott, 333 East Jefferson Ave, Detroit, MI 48226 by Attorney Paul Hughes representing the estate of murder victim Kristine Mihelich, and her mother Debbie Jarvis.
New developments, evidence, and suspects previously unknown to investigators shall be addressed. As well as concerns related to the handling of the investigation, Federal relief being sought, and requests for an independent investigation by the Department of Justice into several Serial Child Killings.
Known victims include Mark Stebbins, 12, of Ferndale, Jill Robinson, 12, of Royal Oak, Kristine Mihelich, 10, of Berkley, and Timothy King, 11, of Birmingham. Additional victims to these four shall be announced.
An 18-month delay in investigating new suspects and evidence occurred as a result of Oakland County Prosecutor Jessica Cooper's directives to investigators that have delayed justice for the victims and their families. The historic and recent handling of this investigation is the primary reason that a request is being made for an independent investigation by the DOJ outside the jurisdiction of Jessica Cooper.
New information implicates at least one person associated with law enforcement, more than three additional suspects, and a possible ongoing cover-up or conspiracy by law enforcement.
Jessica Cooper has refused every request by any of the victim's families to provide information that would have resulted in new suspects never known to law enforcement being investigated. The families continue to take issue with Jessica Cooper's refusal to meet or cooperate with them.
A website has been set up to help support this effort and provide updates as this effort progresses. The website address -Press conference will be held on Tuesday April 24th.

Thank you for your interest.
This effort is to seek justice for every victim and their families as a result of the killing of 15 to 20 victims by a group of Serial Killers targeting children that has been referred to as the Oakland County Child Killer or Babysitter Killer. The objective is to prosecute and convict the Serial Child Killers who are responsible for taking the lives of innocent children over a four (4) decade period. These recent efforts began with me, Debbie Jarvis, the mother of Kristine Mihelich who was a victim of these serial killers, by pushing for new information and evidence to be investigated by Jessica Cooper, the Oakland County Sheriff’s Department and the Michigan State Police so that all 15 to 20 of the victim’s families may finally learn the truth.
However, based on their responses it became clear there was something wrong with these investigations from the day they began. There is so much “missing” evidence, “lost” documents, “missing” police reports, lies and different stories told to the families in what appears to be an effort by police and prosecutors to drive a wedge between the victim’s families. Most troubling of all is that the missing material and evidence was not just in one box of material or evidence. But it was specific material and evidence where one or two pieces was missing from the different boxes or files that would be critical in solving these child killings.
When the BTK serial killer, Dennis Rader, was arrested he was living in the same area and planning another serial killing. At the time of his arrest he was he was 59 years old. New and never before investigated suspects unknown to law enforcement believed to be involved in these Serial Child Killings that has spanned four (4) decades are now between the ages of 49 and 70. Along with other information that has been developed it suggests the possibilities that younger suspects may have became involved after 1979 and are now under the age of 49.
Through efforts outside of Oakland County Prosecutor Jessica Cooper, her office, the Oakland County Sheriff’s Office, and the Michigan State Police at least 11 additional victims have been identified and connected to these same serial child killings across the United States. These are in addition to the previously known victims Mark Stebbins, 12, of Ferndale, Jill Robinson, 12, of Royal Oak, Kristine Mihelich, 10, of Berkley, and Timothy King, 11, of Birmingham, Michigan.
There are another five (5) potential victims that have been identified and information is being developed to include them as part of the referenced 15 victims that may bring the total to 20. It is also believed that the total number of victims connected to the Oakland County Four may result in connecting as many as 60 victims in total. That to pursue this further it will require the Department of Justice and the resources available to them to resolve this matter.
A scheduled news conference on April 24, 2012 will address several concerns and issues with the investigation from both a current and historically prospective. An independent investigation by the Department of Justice into all of these cases outside the jurisdiction of The State of Michigan and their investigators will be requested.
It is believed that after the inclusion of new victims, information, suspects and evidence that connects all these cases to the same group of Serial Child Killers. These cases may be referred to by another name that will more accurately define the motive and connections to all these cases.
It is hoped that the media will use its power to help the victims and the victim’s families in their pursuit of justice. That the public will assist by not letting the victim’s voices for justice fall on deaf ears and demand an independent investigation by the Department of Justice. Your help in this effort should be from the prospective of what would you want to happen if one of these children was yours. Would you want others to do the same for you?
Know that your help and assistance will not go unnoticed and will be appreciated more than any words can describe. I will provide updates here as this effort moves forward.
Thank You on behalf of myself, all The Victims, and The Victim’s Families, Debbie Jarvis Comments
Suggested Donations $50.00 Or you can fill in any amount in the bottom field below. Thank you for your support. $1,500.00 Will provide donor with a copy of the report submitted to the Department of Justice after they have reviewed and investigated these suspects. There will be no other more comprehensive report regarding what lead to identifying new information and suspects that connects the serial child killers to the crimes. As well as how they were exposed. All donations will be used to cover all the costs and expenses associated with this effort. $
