I'm going to make this as clear and simple as I can, just correcting Chief Andersons errors in this part of the report-the real meaty stuff will come in the third section of this narrative-every thing he said in the first eight lines is correct--* This is NOT-Where he states "This came to a head culminating in Helen going to Lt. Skiba's home one night when he was off duty"-Well it wasn't at night and his wife was home-I made sure I didn't stop until She Was Home from work--My reason for stopping at Rays house was to find out why Roger was having officers tracking me and why he had the deputy chief call the man whose car I was driving to tell him I had gotten an excessive amount of snow parking tickets and he just wanted to make him aware of it, and thought maybe he might want to take the car back-(-I kid you not) Then we go down to where the Chief says He directed Lt. Skiba to terminate the informant relationship with Helen and Skiba agreed to do -BS--Then the Chief said Helen came into the Chief's office, complaining that this relationship had been terminated, and she did not leave on the best of terms--Well to begin with that was not why I was in his office-I was there to have him sign a sheet-stating that he knew about my covert operative work-as I was going up to the UP to work--well he steered the conversation in a different direction and I let him so his blood pressure would calm down-It always went sky high when he came in contact with me-lol--anyway The Chief and I had a few run ins- in the past week-but not directly-he would go behind my back -telling the other officers -that he was totally upset with me for speaking at the Civic Center about the community homeless problem-that he said Alpena did not have and then to be on TV with all the homeless people-was just a big shock to him-lol--then to top it off I went with homeless people to the motel in a squad car and had parked my vehicle to do so-see in Alpena if you were homeless you just needed to call a police officer who would sign a voucher and if you had no transportation -they had to provide it-The Civic Center was packed the night of the Homeless meeting and speaking before me was Det. Mulvaney.and he gave a glowing report on how fortunate Alpena was because they had little or no Homeless people in the city, and the police would know this-because they are out driving the whole area 24-7.....When I got up to speak...I looked right at Mulvaney and said-well have you been out to the old depot that is suppose to be boarded up-I was there last night-and there was a fire spot and beside it was a lot of pigeon bones -where the people had been eating them for food- and there was children's clothing and shoes-what do you suppose they where doing there?next I said you know Beth right, well she has been camping in the woods for over a year-and you mean to tell me no one saw Beth ever enter the woods? ...and what about the people who hang out at the crossroads during the day-have you ever wonder what happen to them at night?..and it went on and on...and the people were shock...they had no idea and lets face it if I hadn't gone to that meeting that night-they never would have!-But the City manager didn't want anything about homeless people getting out to the public in there fine city--now you would have to know Chief Roger Anderson to really know how dramatic he was over this-to begin with he is one of the good old boys-a real country bumpkin-who believes a woman's place is in the home!-But I got a little away from my story here-he wanted to ask me some questions before he signed my work paper--First statement he made -was aren't you and Ray getting the cart before the horse? I said excuse me? -He said, well shouldn't he be getting a divorce before you two are seen all over town? Again I said Excuse me?-He said are you seeing Ray at night? Are you two sleeping together? I said you should be asking Ray that-he said that he did and he said no-I said well there you go you have your answer! Now sign my work sheet so I can get out of here..he said "well, do you know that communication is also infidelity when your taking that away from his wife-? Roger sign my slip! He said NO-Ok fine!--When I had come into the Police station I had left a gift box for The Chief because he was having a retirement party and although my daughter was going to it-I wasn't going to see her before-well when we got up to the front desk-there were a lot of people and the dispatcher said Chief you have a package here from Helen-she gave it to him & it was very heavy...and he immediately said-I can not except this!-I said trust me you can -it has no monetary value-He said No I can Not Keep this!!- (He had no Idea what was in the package, But it felt expensive So I walked over to where he was standing and said give me the d**n package -if you don't know how to toss it in the garbage I will show you how-all these big important guys who were in a state of shock-didn't know what was going on-Rogers says-well wait a minute -I said f**k you!!In a voice that I didn't even recognize--So what was in the package? Roger was going to do some farming after he retired-So in the Box was five home grown potatoes-that a farmer I knew had in his collection-one was a police star-one looked like a John deer tractor and there were three other unique looking potatoes-any man would have treasured them-they were definitely conversation pieces-So What does it have to do with The Oakland County Child Murders ?...You will see after I posts some more...
