I do not even know where to start with this...as there has just been one lie after the other-by John-By His Sister-By his Mother-By His Father--So I'm just going to start with the Maps--Johns sister made a very big deal on AMW saying John never drew me any maps-post after post-and yet she had been shown the maps at her Interview with Don Studt at the Birmingham Police Dept...However had she known 20 years later that I would see the Documents of her interview ...I'm sure she would have stayed away from that subject*So Mary you didn't know what was going on? You didn't know John drew the Maps? Well that is BS...Because when you were at your Interview at The Birmingham Police Dept. on March 12,1992-You sure were made aware that I had accused your brother of being a Serial Killer-Don Studt showed you a copy of a map-and here is what he said to you-From FOIA document-BLK-01628-*~ When shown a copy of the map that John drew and the detail,she (Mary) was rather surprised,but said John draws frequently and would know the area from living down here and driving around,He has a very good memory~ ** and you Mary who are said to be a Genius-forgot that you were Interviewed by Don and shown a map?? I don't think so-In fact I know better-I have the Documents to prove it-and there are many more~ So why did you choose to go on AMW and post that John didn't draw any maps-you mean that from 1992 untill your Internet Debut in 2004-5 -you had forgotten-seems to me-your recollection would have been jolted -when the posters -mention Maps and Serial Killer- * Now I have to ask...WHY did she Lie about the Maps?

another thing I could never understand-was why Mary had said and posted all over the Internet that she had talked to me by phone...years before I had ever talked to her....and she stated I had only talked to her mother once-well maybe your Mom only told you about the one time and your reaction to her prevented her from telling you about the other calls I made to her-I remember clearly -about the 3rd call and she said-Mary is not going to be happy about this if I answer your questions...However she did answer my questions-in fact.she gave me more info- then I even expected-So now why would you say in an Interview with Police-that I told you John and I were Intimate-I never told you that-I did however tell your Mother that I was engaged to John-which of course wasn't true-I just wanted her to feel more relax -about giving me info--But here is the matter I want to get at-after your interview with Studt--and when John had his next Interview with Studt-John made some of the very same remarks as you had--because you coached him-John said in his interview-that I had told him-that I was in love with him...and the reason I said the things he told me about the child killings-is because he wasn't seeing me any more and I was mad about that--now I know that John couldn't come up with that on his own-because we had spent a lot of time together and nothing of the sort-ever came up-from either of us-but you were working for an attorney-in research-and you knew exactly what would work to turn this serial killer story around for the cops-but it didn't work for you or for John-because Studt saw right through that little scheme-

FOIA -Documents-Johns Mother Interview-She knows the JH sold his car to raise some money and worked his way across on a boat. SHe knows he was in Italy, Germany and France. She seems to recall that he ran out of money. He wanted to got o England but was unable to do so. She doesn’t remember how he got home. When she thought about it further, she thought JH may have been in Europe when they were separated or shortly after the divorce. But again she can’t put a date on it. She has no cards or letters that would help fix that date.

COMMENT - This is not the story John tells. He says he flew and went to Brussels. Johns Interview -FOIA papers-JH: It's stamped in Luxenburg and Brussels, I believe.[ personal note: he remembers where he has stamps from after 15 years?]

...She indicated that JH told her on the phone, when they talked, that he had his passport and that might document dates he was in Europe. She said he went to Europe alone, worked his way over on a ship and he was gone a couple of months. He had talent as an artist and went to Europe to draw. He was in Rome, Germany, and France. He came back with a lot of drawing and paintings. He drew primarily European architecture. She doesn’t know when or how he got home.
This goes on and on-John gave four different versions-of how he went to Europe-another brother gave yet two different versions-and in two interviews -John gave four different dates that he went to -His sister gave two and the Mom gave three-and the girlfriend who dated him in 1976-7-said he never mention anything about a trip to Europe and she saw him all of 76 & 77...so she doesn't think he could have made the trip at that time-with out her knowing it-

I am sorry it is taking so long to get this Info up--However -I am going through all of my original paper files-and it is taking more time then I expected-as I need to match them to 20 years worth of Info-as and example-I am working on how many people Told Myself and the Police-about the Chicken fed to Tim for his last meal--It was easy for me to remember when John told me-as it was the first time I had met him and went to coffee with John and the mother of his child-We were talking about the children's last meals-and when we got to Tim-John made a Freudian slip-He blurted out-"I cooked the Chicken" Well as startle as we were-we looked at John but neither of us commented-At a later date-I mention this to Studt-and when he interviewed the M-of Johns child-she had also told Studt about this incident-then when we received the FOIA documents-20 yrs later -we see where the girl friend at the time-over heard John discussing this with a Cook at Biff's -who had asked John when he came into work-after Tim's body was found-If John had cooked the chicken for Tim-then we see where Studt brought this all to Johns attention-and John said nothing about all of us saying this in are interviews-But when -Studt got to the Cooks statement-He asked John -why would he ask you -if you cooked the chicken for Tim?? "John said because the cook was just being a smart a-- and I am sick of this-everyone accusing me of involvement and I'm not going to talk any more about it-!!"

One of the things John said at his Interview that had me puzzled-was when Don Studt asked him about drawing the maps-John was quick to say-Oh he only drew what I asked him to -when I was reading the Wolf In Sheep's Clothing book to him as we sat in the restaurant-which was completely not true-and Studt knew this at the time he was questioning John-and he gave him many chance to correct that statement- However John just rattle on and on-how I took the book every where and was always reading it--When the fact was -that I gave John the book for him to read first-and it was never in my possession again-also I had sent the maps to Studt 5weeks before the book ever arrived at the Library--Then in his Polygraph visit in GA-I don't know why or what questions he had been asked-I only know that he showed deception on Mark-Jill-and Kris Polygraph to one of the relevant questions--Then after he left there and several days later-he called the Polygraph-er and wanted to talk to him about the book-they went back and forth playing phone tag for a day--and when John finally got to talk to him-all he said was -well I think I answer that question how I felt? I have no idea of what that means-But with all the time and energy John put into lying about that book--it has to mean something-

Why would an innocent person call back the polygrapher? Perhaps someone should ask the polygrapher at Topix (Patrick?) if only guilty people would ever call back a polygrapher.

So Helen any idea who is the woman that tipped the police that drove the investigation down hill right from the start. We're talking about the one that claims she saw a man looking like the composite sketch parked at Tim's school the day of his abduction in a blue gremlin. Evidently this same person had prescriptions at the same pharmacy where Tim was abducted. I wonder if it would be worth it to dig up the old records and see if this woman happens to be someone from John's family. That would sure tell a tale right now if it was. Don't ya think?
