Helen, you have been posting some interesting items, so different from the way you have always done your sites, but I like it. Jack-Note-Jack we have so many new readers and they are younger people-so I have to keep it interesting for them-all are site readers have always been in the 40 to 75 yr old range-now we are having the 20-38 yr old's-I think the Videos have brought us a new group of people- and what is nice is our long timers are all staying too~

www.huffingtonpost.com/2011/10/29/human-population-africa-albertine-rift_n_1065260.html?ncid=webmail1 As the global population soars toward nine billion by 2045, this corner of Africa shows what's at stake in the decades ahead. The Rift is rich in rainfall, deep lakes, volcanic soil, and biodiversity. It is also one of the most densely populated places on Earth. A desperate competition for land and resources—and between people and wildlife—has erupted here with unspeakable violence. How can the conflict be stopped? Will there be any room left for the wild?
