Keep in mind that this is just- MY - opinion- I have based it on my 20 yrs of Investigating these cases-I have no hope that the Grand Juries will be able to come up with the answers in these cases-How could they possibly come up with a solution? When they are working with incorrect information- and again I am only speaking of my information in these cases-How can you track down a suspect, If all the info is incorrect-time and dates are important to any investigation, as are interviews with people-and in my cases-everything that I have seen that is in a police report or Document-is WRONG! These are not typos-I'm not saying they are deliberate -what I am saying is that something has gone very -very wrong in the translation of information from one person to another-How do we find the answer to why? I don't think we can-as it appears that everyone who has handled my information ,has added their own twist and now there is not even a hint of accuracy-I will give you some Examples----

EX-BLK-01597-Don Studt -talked with Capt.Watson in the Sheriff's Department on Friday, February 28,1992. He said that he had gone back and checked several of the statements John apparently had made to Helen,and he was convinced to discount John as a suspect for the following reasons: When Stebbens was found,he did have boots on,this is in contradiction to John's statement that boots were burned: Note-I never said that Mark was missing Boots-What I said was Mark Had Rubber Boots on and no shoes-I have no idea how he twisted this into saying that Boots were burned: John never said that to me & I never put that in my notes to the OCSD-So is that Important-You bet it is!- Would you think that someone would have asked me to clarify this-So then I read Studts Interview that was done in March 92-and he is having a discussion with John about these boots and John is going right a long with the story -that Studt has just fed him-and says yes-she told me about the boots being burned and I told her-wouldn't that smell up a place ?-I will have to find that Document--

The Document where Don Studt Is feeding John Information about the boots, Is not here right now-I included it in some files that a couple of my retired Cop Buddies are going over for me , trying to help figure out -what went so terribly wrong here-so will post this info later-in the week...

BKL01599-Don Studt said I called him on Monday March 2, 1992 and said that John had received an eviction notice and if he didn't pay his rent,he would be kicked out of his apartment March 16th-Here is the problem with this-John and I never had a conversation about this -nor did I have any knowledge that John was being Evicted-This is something John would never of discussed with me-I had No knowledge at all-that his financial problems went any further than -his being out of cigarettes -Now this shouldn't be a big deal-but it is-because in all these Documents there are hundreds of Items being said and falsely attributed to John or I that simply are not true-I am at a complete loss why Don has made these repeated errors.Whether it be-due to inexcusably bad record keeping,a confused state of mind when making records or malice-However what ever the reasons for this chronic and acute distortions,they are wrong and misleading to the investigation and have brought harm to it....

So many emails in asking if these cases will ever be solved-My answer would have to be-No, even though there is enough evidence to get an arrest-It still hinges on the need for a smoking gun in order to get a prosecutor to take this in to court and win a conviction....
