Don Studt-Narrative Report- BLK-01607-Spoke with Det. Lt, Warner of the Bloomfield Township Police. He checked around his office and believes that in the mid 60's a 15 -17 year old youth with the last name of either -Redacted-Redacted-did jump from a water tower behind the village offices near Maple and Lahser. The water tower is no longer there.He can not recall whether the boys name was------ as there was a second marriage and he's not sure which name the boy had.He does recall that there was an argument with the father,who was a Chief Designer at General Motors or Chevrolet. After that argument, the boy then went to this water tower and jumped- ....Or did he??
