Helen, I would like to help you with your research on these cases.Pam -Note~ Pam,we really are not doing any more research on this case- We quit ,back when the TV show was on-and Cathy went on her rant-and said that my 20 years of working on these cases-did not make me special-and the group of people who helped me all of those years-were totally out raged, and they all just stopped (lesson Learned)-The only reason I have any new info on the cases-is because I have so many contact-and they have no idea -that we have quit-and I'm sure not going to explain it to them all-because don't forget they worked right along with us-However it all wasn't for nothing-We know who the killer is and who the killer is not-we sure needed a break anyway-10 & 12 hours a day- every day-every week-end-every Holiday-was more than any of us could take-now we can laugh about it-we had to be crazy-to put all that time in-I'm laughing now as I post this-I think it is the hardest thing any of us have ever taken part in-What a thankless ordeal-it all turned out to be-sure not what we had hope the results would be-However we have the Occk Videos up and they will be on line forever-unless of course-the US gets hit with a nuke....

Oakland County May 2, 2012 Berkley woman files $100M lawsuit in Oakland County Child Killer case By Jeremy Selweski C & G Staff Writer
OAKLAND COUNTY — Thirty-five years after her daughter’s murder, a Berkley woman filed a $100 million lawsuit against investigators from the Oakland County Prosecutor’s Office, the Oakland County Sheriff’s Office and the Michigan State Police.
Deborah Jarvis, the plaintiff in the case, filed the complaint in U.S. District Court on April 23. Her daughter, Kristine Mihelich, was killed in 1977 at the age of 10 and is believed to be one of four known victims of the Oakland County Child Killer.
Jarvis’ attorney, Paul Hughes, is requesting that a federal judge order law enforcement officials to turn over the investigation to the U.S. Department of Justice. According to Hughes, who specializes in police misconduct litigation, state and county investigators have been deliberately withholding information from the families of the victims.
“This is a 35-year-old investigation, and there still have been no convictions, no arrests and no suspects identified,” he said. “These families are looking for answers, and investigators have refused to provide any. It has to be one of two things: Either they’ve messed up this investigation so badly that they’re afraid of political embarrassment, or there is something going on in the form of a coverup. I really hope I’m wrong and it’s not the second option.”
The lawsuit accuses investigators of several crimes against Jarvis and other victims’ family members, including violating the U.S. Constitution, conspiracy to obstruct justice, depriving the plaintiff of her constitutional rights and intentionally inflicting emotional distress on the plaintiff.
Oakland County Prosecutor Jessica Cooper flatly denied all of Hughes’ accusations, describing them as “silly and off-the-wall” and calling the attorney “reckless” in trying to make a name for himself.
“There is no basis in law or fact for this case,” she said. “You can’t just blindly make allegations against me, the sheriff, the county, the state police and everyone else in the western world. The sad part is that these (family members) are already victims, and now they’re just being re-victimized. Ms. Jarvis has been in pain for 35 years, and now this attorney is exploiting her because of it. That’s the real tragedy here.”
Oakland County Sheriff Mike Bouchard, who worked as a youth officer in Southfield Township at the time of the murders and helped investigate tips that police received about the case, echoed Cooper’s sentiments.
“I just think this is a shame, and it’s sad,” he said. “I fully understand the family members’ deep-seated desire to find answers in this case and to find justice for their loved ones — but this is certainly not the way to do that. Maybe (Hughes) is trying to write a book, or maybe business is a little slow for him right now. I really don’t know what his motives are here, and I don’t care.”
However, Hughes insisted that he is not seeking money or attention; he said he is only focused on finding justice for the victims and their families.
“This is such an important, historic case that I was immediately interested in it,” he said. “I met with Debbie and was really touched by her story. I informed her that this would be a really difficult uphill battle, but that I was willing to commit to it if she was.”
The Oakland County Child Killer is alleged to have kidnapped and murdered four children over a 13-month period in 1976 and 1977. Kristine Mihelich was abducted on Jan. 2, 1977, near a 7-Eleven store in Berkley, and her body was found 19 days later. The other victims were Mark Stebbins, 12, of Ferndale; Jill Robinson, 12, of Royal Oak; and Timothy King, 11, of Birmingham.
In his complaint, Hughes identifies an anonymous investigator, known only as “Bob,” with whom he and Jarvis have sporadically communicated. He asserts that Bob has inside information about the murders, but that county and state officials have prevented him from getting to the bottom of the case. The information that Hughes has received from Bob has led him to suspect that the Oakland County Child Killer has a job in law enforcement and may have killed at least eight more children beyond the four that are publicly known.
Cooper, however, quickly dismissed the credibility of Bob, who investigators have spoken with on one occasion, but who refuses to reveal his identity and come forward. “This guy ‘Bob’ seems to surface every few years,” she said, “and he always has information that no one else has, but he doesn’t want to tell us any of it. When we talked to Bob, he refused to answer any of our questions. We don’t know anything about him. We don’t know if he’s calling from his home, from his cellphone or from a mental institution.”
In addition, Cooper and Bouchard accused Hughes of “not doing his homework” before filing the lawsuit. They pointed out that investigators have had a task force in place on and off for the past 35 years to investigate the Oakland County Child Killer case, and one of the members of this task force is the Department of Justice.
This is one of the key reasons why county officials do not give Hughes’ case much of a chance of standing up in court. Bouchard said that he would be “stunned” if it were not dismissed by the judge.
The sheriff also encouraged anyone with real, tangible evidence in the Oakland County Child Killer case to come forward and tell investigators what they know.
“I would expend any amount of resources on this case if I felt like we could get it solved,” Bouchard said. “I feel nothing but empathy for these victims and their families.”
Hughes noted that he and Jarvis are seeking donations to help fund their lawsuit.
According to Hughes, in exchange for a $1,500 contribution, donors will be eligible to receive a copy of Bob’s complete investigation if and when it becomes publicly available.
“Ms. Jarvis is helping to finance this case out of her own pocket,” he explained. “If the public would like to help support her case, then we would certainly encourage their donations. We don’t have a bottomless pit of money like these public servants from Oakland County have to work with.”

Helen, Sgt. Anger and Gray know him, very well....so now what? and then if I say what happened to me.... well? That is another can of worms, so I know this cop has some serious issues with children,I know when he did what he did to me Helen, It was as if he was thinking I was a young child, like he was going back into a trance of another time, I knew him since i was 19 yrs old, and trusted him, and one day he came to visit me, like he always did randomly, especially when I would move somewhere new,he never ,ever acted this strange with me ,on this one occasion ,It really freaked me out, and after he left, I said I will never ever want to see him near me again. Like I said I , I always trusted him since I was 19- I am almost 40 now. He retired shortly after this incident, like 3-weeks later, and then Sgt. Anger retired. No one will believe me anyway, so I never told anyone He came by and warned me. take care, Xxxx

Ben,they did get blood from it didn't match-Here is my post on that-In November-1998-the mothers of the four children who were kidnapped and killed in 1976-77 provided blood samples for the FBI to compare to DNA in hair found on or near the bodies of their children.-local authorities had hoped the results would indicate whether the hair belong to the children or perhaps the killer-what the cops were wanting at this time-was for the hair to be foreign to the victims..so they could seek a warrant to draw blood from an Arizona prisioner or exhume the body of Norberg in Wyoming...They did both...NO MATCH IN DNA-...Even to this day...some LE do not realize this Dna could be from a morgue technician or an ambulance driver or a cop.....* This is the AZ Prisoner mention-Return to Arizona Department of Corrections Home Arizona at Your Service/ State of AZ Web Portal Keyword Search Home | Event Calendar | FAQs | Site Map | Monday, August 27, 2007 RETURN TO SEARCH RESULTS RETURN TO DATASEARCH FORM Inmate 057685 L SMITH Image Inmate 057685 L SMITH Last Name First Name Middle Initial Birth Date SMITH LARRY A 07/10/1943 Gender Height (inches) Weight Hair Color MALE 70 170 GRAY Eye Color Ethnic Origin Custody Class Inmate / Detainee BLUE CAUCASIAN MED INMATE Sentence (yyymmdd) Admission Tentative Release Eligibility Max End Date 017/00/00 04/11/1986 Temporary: 10/08/2075 01/06/2076 Cur. Helen, Do you have any information on the Stebbin Law Suit? Dean--Note-Dean it didn't go any where-How about this?In October 2007, the family of Mark Stebbins filed a wrongful death lawsuit against Lamborgine seeking $25,000. The lawsuit alleges Lamborgine, who lived in Metro Detroit in the late 1970s, abducted Stebbins and held him captive in a Royal Oak house for four days in February 1976 before smothering him to death during a sex assault.

Helen,You know, I'm starting to thiink that perhaps John may have had some pedophile tendancies based on the one post/email I saw that mentioned he had cut out newspaper circular ad's with little boys wearing underwear from the newspaper. I think this may have been the mother of his child that stated this. Do you think there is a chance this could be true?Scott-Note-Your guess would be as good as mine-I just don't know...

Helen, I will say this - I think Inspector 71 may be Kristine's mother. The poster says in her rhymes with E in the middle and another King they are referring to the Omaha Cult and Lawrence E King.
There is no way this cult had anything to do with the OCCK killing and neither did John McRae. He killed boys only. Pedophiles would not have taken girls and would have raped boys. So would the occult perverts. I am getting real frustrated as the focus is really off track. These killing were committed by a person with a strange motive and I think it happens to be John's motive to get back at society.Xxxxxx

Helen, Yes my ex-boyfriend had a patch of hair shaved from his chest one night while he was in-patient in the psych floor shortly after he turned himself into Sgt's Anger and Gray for being involved in the Occk. I know because when I came up to visit him he showed me his chest and was quit upset, and he said he believed it happened overnight and I myself know his chest did'nt look like that the evening before. He seemed worried about it, but I felt that there was something not quite right about it myself and knew it wasn't the usual hospital staff protocol to go around shaving chest-hairs in the middle of the night, especially on the psych-ward, when there was no scheduled procedure regarding his chest that evening or the next day. John McKinney used to counsel to all kinds of ill people but as well as to the troubled youth boys/girls alike, all over...the metro detroit/oakland county area. Youth homes,Hospitals, A place called Boysville, A Farm out in Tecumseh area, de la salle camp for boys and girls, and crisis centers like Common Ground. That was a front- he liked to use drugs, and affiliate himself to vulnerable youngsters, who came from dysfunctional homes, and would basically feed off their low self-esteem and lack of care from parental guidence. He liked to participate in sexual acts with young boys, and came off as very debonaire to the females like he was a ladies man, and he liked fine dining . and compensate them with gifts of money, temporary employment, and promised art-lessons and tried to tell them that what "he" could provide them with was actually love and security and then then throw the twist of GOD into the whole thing and cut em' loose. , when in reality, it was his own sick, self-fullfilled fantasies he would really satisfy himself with and it was very gratifying for him then to believe he was actually working for the good of it all. My ex-boyfriend went to Longfellow elementary and St. Mary's Catholic School in Hazel Park(all the brother's went there)Except one brother , Xxxx who was gay, the parents, "for some reason" sent him to St. Benedict's Catholic School in Detroit,Mich.outside of Oakland county.he was the only child sent off to detroit schools. Regarding G's hair samples, Sgt's Anger or Gray never told me diddly- squat either-way. Why would they they don't want me knowing NOTHING. But I do. And there is more, so don't be afraid to ask me. I may have that one answer that will jive together. lol XX
