This is going to be the Cliff's Notes from my file on the Photo I saw of Tim~ One night when I was at Johns apartment in Alpena,I saw an open box so I picked it up and it had several photos in-I picked up the top three-One was a woman in a long brown dress, the next one was a young boy sitting in a over stuffed living room chair and the 3rd photos was a bunch of sheep on the side of a hill, just then-John came flying across the living room and grabbed the box from me and yelled those are my family photos and I don't let anyone look at them unless I say they can. He really startled me because his voice was so angry. I said I just wanted to see who the little boy was,he said it is me...I said John it doesn't look like you. He was agitated, and suggested it may be a good Idea for me to just leave-right now! I didn't waste any time getting out of there. The Photo really stuck with me as did his reaction. So I called Studt in Birmingham and told him about Johns reaction to the photo box,as they were going to be up in a week or so to visit John,I never heard any more about it.However years went by and one day in 2006,Cathy sent me some photos of Tim for my site,as soon as I saw the Hockey photo of Tim,I said to Rick...that is the boy I saw sitting in the over-stuffed floral pattern chair...Rick said are you sure? Well not positive but why would I have this reaction 15 yrs after I saw the photo? So I emailed Cathy and asked her if she knew what Tim was wearing the day he was abducted, her reply is not really as my Mom packed those cloths away to save I think. It still was haunting me,so I went to a Photographer and asked him if there was anyway it could be determined if a
Polaroid
photo was taken in 1960 or 1977 (If you didn't have the picture) He laugh as no one had ever asked about that before,he said yes you could tell by the colors,so he gets out 8 pictures that were taken by
Polaroid
cameras for those years and asked me to pick the one that closely resemble what I saw...and yes I picked out the one that turned out to be a 1977 - photo taken by a one step polo-rite camera-so once again I had info that I could not use for anything other then to boost my own hunch that the photo was of Tim--BUT Then, the FOIA papers came, and as I read through them I came to a court document that had been sent to Don Studt by Michael J. Pendracki Attorney from Legal Services Of Northern Michigan-who in a cover letter said John wanted this information forwarded to Studt, because they were investigating him about the Oakland County Child Murders-In this five page document-on page BLK-01642-Top of the page was a list of things John claimed were stole from his apartment in 1991 ( he saw an attorney about this one week after I view the photos and two weeks before Studt & the Chief were coming up from Birmingham to Alpena to see John-and there was a star in front of * Polaroid family pictures-and also * at last count 115 books were pawned at Artist Bookstore downtown Alpena-( this is the same book store where Jills books were taken) I will put up the video showing the list, but I have the other Documents here and I do not have the time to get them scanned and put on the site and there really not important to what were talking about- Ask your self -have you ever had any boxes of family photos stole from your home? During a criminal Investigation that your involved in,where a photo is in question? *The Books, I had given Studt a list of Serial Killer books that John had, and of course he didn't have them when Studt & the Chief searched his apartment in Alpena, because he had reported to the local police that these books had been stole-115 books stolen--and John said "Oh he never read Serial Killer Books"..Yet in 2008 when John met the Cops from Michigan when they went to GA to Interview him-He gets out of his work Limo in the parking lot and walks over to them carrying the book Encyclopedia of Serial Killers * Update on the over stuff chair-I haven't seen it since-However after looking at hundreds of photos on Johns brothers FB site....I found the matching couch... I don't think you will be able to view it now as after I down Loaded a very interesting vehicle off the site and some other great goodies, well those photos are no longer public -I'm sure they are still on the site though, because there were over 700 photos-
