For All The Nay Sayers-This is the story about Tim's Photo-The proofs you can all look up for your self-as this has been a very long day-However I will point you in the right direction- In 1992-When I was up at Johns Apartment one night-He was showing me some post cards-when I spotted this -like a candy box-and it had photos in it-So I picked up the top one and it was Sheep walking on like a mountain-I knew it was not in the USA-under that was a photo of a thin lady in a brown dress-it was definitely 70's-The next photo I picked up -was a young boy 10 or 11 years old and it was taken with a one step camera-I said who is this John and -he came all the way a cross the apartment-in a flash-took the photo out of my hand and-said oh that is me-well I had gotten a good enough look at it-to say-it doesn't look like you-I thought you had told me-you always wore your hair military short-He said never mind-I don't want you looking at my family photos-I was startle because usually family photos are something you want to show off-He was visibly shaken about the whole incident when I apologized to him for looking at the photos,he said when I get them in a photo album then you can look at them- Ok...Well a couple days later Don Studt came up and I told him and the Chief about his weird actions that night-but it was just in reverence to the sheep-- How ever I did say the box had Family Photos In- (This is in the FOIA Documents)-So while they are at Johns doing the search -Studt asked him if he had any family photos-John said well I did but they were stolden. Then 20 years later when we get the FOIA papers- John had gone to and attorney and file a suit against the Mother of his Child for her sons theft of 125 books and other items and also listed was( box of family photos) and get this he wanted a copy of the complaint and the court papers sent to Don Studt-That is how they got into the FOIA Documents-anyway I didn't know this for 20 + years-So I don't want anyone blaming Studt for messing this up -because he didn't know--Then in 1999- I saw a photo of Tim and bells went off right away-that I had seen that child before-and thought-he looks just like John, from his childhood photo I saw-I still did not make a real connection with it being Tim...until years later when I saw Tim's Hockey Photo-and I thought OMG that was Tim sitting in that Over Stuff Spring Flowered chair-and the floor under neath that chair was a polish wood floor-So one day when I was Talking to Cory Williams-I told him about it-and he said-how sure are you-I said-81 percent-he laugh and said-let me know when you get closer to 99 percent--That after noon he called back and said Helen,do you think it could be one of Busch's Photos? I said How would I know that? So I went in to a photo shop and described the coloring in the photo to the store guy-and he handed me several photos and said pick out the one that you think is the closes coloring--that is when I found out that the photo couldn't of been John-because there is a big difference in a 1960 Polaroid photo and a 1977one-then came the real news-the one step Polaroid camera did not come out until 1977-So I call Cory and tell him all of this- and I don't even know why-but I decided to call The MSP for no other reason than to have a record of this-in a couple places -thy asked me how sure I was and I said 91 percent,However I would get a hold of Cathy-and see if the description of Tim's cloths was accurate then maybe I would be one hundred percent--She said she would check with her brothers and Dad-However they could not recall what he was wearing-as his Mom always took care of his clothing- Here are a few notes since then-- I talked to the mother of his child and she said they did not have the box of photos-that was just a year ago-and she said no one had contacted her to ask about them -ever-her only knowledge of the photos was in the suit filed against her by John and it was listed as Box of family photos- She now lives down in the Oakland County area- and no one has yet to ask about the photos-But she said that John has never tossed anything out ever-so maybe they are still around---However every time John is interviewed,he goes through a voluntary search of his "Stuff" and the box of photos has not surfaced-nor has the Manicure Set-and I do not think he got rid of that either- not when he rented a shoe box office just to hide it in-on a ledge under the desk-behind a drawer- So my dear friends that is the story of the photo~
